Please check the following:

  1. Check your Sender ID, Sender ID is case sensitive and some countries have certain restrictions on some sender IDs.
  2. Check the receivers numbers if have full country codes and make sure the receivers numbers are valid and connected (you can use our HLR lookup services to see what number are valid).
  3. Check your credits balance, please make sure you have enough credits for your SMS messages.
  4. Check your internet connection.
