Network & Environmental Factors:
An SMS may fail to deliver if the recipient's phone is out of range of a transmission tower, powered off, has a full inbox, or if sufficient network capacity is unavailable at a particular time. Even within coverage areas, delivery can be interfered with by the recipient's handset configuration, terrain, proximity to buildings, foliage, weather conditions, or local carrier filtering algorithms (e.g., DND registries, content-based spam filters).
Third-Party Dependencies:

Service Interruptions & Account Limits:

We reserve the right to suspend the Service at any time for any reason, generally without notice. Furthermore, your account and Service cannot be transferred or used by anyone other than you. You retain full ownership of all the content, contact lists, and information you upload or transmit via BulkSMSOnline.com. We do not claim any ownership rights over your proprietary data, databases, or message content.
